My brother's puppy is sick.?

My brother went out of town this week and left his dogs with us. The older one is fine our house is like her 2nd home, but the younger one stopped eating the day after Jon left. So I took him to the vet tues. the vet tested for worms and parvo. Both negitive!!! and gave me a dog food with low amounts of grease for his stomach. But the problem is he wont eat. So my dad and I have to force him just so there is food in his stomach. Now it has gotten so bad that he wobbles when he walk and when he pees or poos he just sits in it like its to much of a bother to get up and all he want to do is sleep.

Jon comes back Sat. but I am calling the vet first thing in the morning. Does anybody have any idea what might be wrong with him. Do you think I am doing more harm than good force feeding him? I won't be force feeding him if I didn't have to. I have tried sitting down with him and feeding him slowly. he just turns his head away. I have tried three diffrent food in everyway imagainable. he just wont eat. Yes I have tried giveing him chicken he wont eat that either. I even chewed it for him lol He is up to date with his vaccinations so I don't think its distemper

I think you need to take the dog to the vet and have him care for it.He may need fluids.Force feeding is not bad he needs nutrition.Have you tried feeding him canned food or even chicken?Anything to get some protein in him.He may not be sick except for lack of food.
