I am 25. And I am house sitting for a sibling who owns a tiny dog (10-15 lbs) . . . . I am watching her because she is pregnant, due in about a week, and she is not able to get her parvo shot until she has them. The dog has left her own home, because there is a lab pup who has parvo and is currently being treated for it. Its towards the end of treatment and the pup is doing great, however, we were told we can't bring the other one back because the little dog will catch it ASAP?

SUMMARY: The pregnant dog will have her shots in about a week (after the new pups arrive) and then supposedly after all her parvo shots she can go back home. I guess the parvo is in the dirt etc? Thanks I am clueless about animals! Just trying to help the family and speed the process along : )
